My goal is to bottle up the essence of your love for one another in each photo in order to provide a treasured keepsake that will remind you of the beauty and love that define your family.
We strive to provide an organic, intentional, and beautiful experience for your family during your session. We follow the lead of your little ones in order to keep them happy and engaged, allowing you to enjoy and be present in the moments.
We can do better than mini sessions
Portraits shouldn't be a rushed experience. All that does is add more pressure to you and your kiddos.
In my over 10 years, and hundreds of families photographed, I can tell you one thing: you need more time.
Time for your children to unwind. For your spouse to relax. For everyone to remember the reason you want photos isn't just for a soon-to-be-discarded holiday card. It's for remembering little teeth and wiggly toes.
It's for holding on, and breathing in these little years.

Where will our session be?

Sessions can be at some of my private or semi-private locations in and around Charlotte, NC - or Blowing Rock, Boone, Pawleys Island, Charleston, and Oak Island NC are also places I love to photograph families in the Carolinas.
When will my images be ready?

Your images are carefully culled and edited to ensure that they match the quality and standards of Amanda McQuade Photography. This process takes 2-3 weeks.
